Present the deck

A built proposal is already a full slide-by-slide presentation the moment it opens, there is no separate "presentation mode" to switch into just to view it. Every control for working on it, sending it, and presenting it lives in one panel on the right side of the screen.

#The side panel

Click the Menu handle on the right edge to open it (it also opens automatically the first time a deck loads). The panel is grouped into five sections, top to bottom:

  • Slides. Prev, a counter like "3 / 9", and Next.
  • Work on it. Edit, Outline, Analysis, Hot points.
  • Present. The Present button, for true full-screen.
  • Send. Save, Share, Email, Copy summary for Agency Zoom.
  • Download. Copy client link, Print, Export PDF (slides), Download HTML, Download Markdown, Copy for AI (markdown), Export data (JSON, for your CRM), each one a row you click directly.

Click Close, top right, to leave the presenter entirely and return to the Proposals list. On a screen narrower than 1000px, the panel opens as an overlay over the deck instead of shrinking it, with a dimmed scrim behind it that closes the panel when you tap it.

#Moving between slides

However you are viewing the deck, moving through it works the same few ways:

  • Prev and Next in the Slides section.
  • The slide counter, so you always know where you are.
  • Arrow keys: Right Arrow or Space advances, Left Arrow goes back.
  • Escape closes out of the presenter view. If you are in true full-screen, the first Escape only exits full-screen, matching how the browser's own full-screen shortcut behaves.
  • From the outline editor, clicking any slide thumbnail jumps the presenter straight to that slide.

#Present: true full-screen

Click Present and the deck goes into your browser's native full-screen mode, with the entire panel, the Menu handle, and the Close button hidden. There are no separate presenter notes and no split laptop-view-versus-audience-view, it is the identical deck, just full screen with the chrome out of the way.

#Slides that do not clip

If a slide's content would overflow its frame, ProClose automatically rescales it down so nothing gets cut off at the edges. The one exception is a slide you have manually repositioned with the canvas editor's freeform layout tools, once you have laid out a slide by hand, the app leaves your layout exactly as you left it rather than auto-fitting around it.

#Presenting in the room versus sending it on

Presenting live, in the room or on a screen share, is one delivery path. It is not the only one. When the meeting is not the moment, or the client wants to review on their own time, use the Download section instead, or send a real client link.
