Your brand on the deck
Updated August 14, 2026
ProClose's own app chrome stays neutral on purpose. Your brand lives on the Brand page, and from there it flows onto every proposal your agency builds. The Brand page says this outright: the app stays neutral, your proposals wear your logo, your colors, your type.
#What is on the Brand page
Start from a template. A quick starting point, a set of built-in color and font pairings you can pick and then tweak. One is the default look, the others give you a lighter or a bolder feel. Whichever you start from, every color and font underneath it is still yours to change individually.
Logo. Upload a logo, a transparent PNG or SVG works best, and it shows on every proposal's cover slide. A Remove control clears it back out.
Colors. Four pickers: Background, Surface, Accent, and Text. Background and text drive the whole deck's look, accent is your one highlight color, used for eyebrow labels and rule lines throughout the slides.
Typefaces. Two selects: Display, the font used for headlines, and Body, the font used for everything else. Both pull from Google web fonts.
Brand from a guide or a prompt (beta). Paste a brand guide, or describe your brand in a sentence, for example a warm West Texas insurance brand with deep navy and antique gold, a tall serif for headlines. Click Generate branding and it sets colors and type for you.
Preview notePreview note: in this release, "Generate branding" is a heuristic match against a short list of built-in templates rather than a real reading of your brand guide. It gives you a reasonable starting point, but treat it as a first draft to adjust on the pickers above, not a finished brand read. Wiring this to Claude for a genuine read of an uploaded brand guide is on the roadmap.
A Live preview panel on the right shows a sample proposal cover with your current logo, colors, and type applied, so you can see the effect before you save.
#How it flows onto the deck
Once saved, your brand touches a proposal in three places:
- Logo. Appears only on the cover slide. It does not repeat anywhere else in the deck.
- Agency name. Shows on the cover's date line, and on the footer of every other slide, alongside "Prepared for" the client's name.
- Colors and fonts. Applied across the whole deck at once, backgrounds, accent-colored eyebrow labels and rule lines, and the display versus body typefaces. Change a color or a font on the Brand page and every slide in a newly rendered deck picks it up.
A proposal you download as a standalone HTML file keeps its brand theme baked in, so it looks the same opened later even outside the app.
#Saving, and how long it lasts
Click Save brand to apply your changes. The confirmation is direct: every new proposal uses it from now on.
Saving is real and durable. Clicking Save brand writes your logo, colors, template choice, and fonts to your workspace's own server, the same place the Vault saves to, so a reload, a closed tab, or signing back in on a different device shows exactly the brand you last saved, not the fictional demo agency's defaults.
For example, in the demo tenant, Summit Commercial Insurance ships with a dark editorial template out of the box. You can swap it to a lighter template, upload a logo, click Save brand, and every proposal you build from then on, for a client like Northgate Holdings LLC or Riverbend Storage LLC, reflects it, in this session and every one after it.
