Finding your way around
Updated July 11, 2026
The entire app lives behind six pages in the sidebar. Here is what each one is for.
#Dashboard
The workspace-wide view: pipeline, premium proposed by month, a found-money meter, and a recent activity feed. It is the first thing an agency owner should check each morning to see what is moving. See The dashboard and activity feed for what every widget shows and how it is different for a producer.
#Proposals
A table of every proposal in the workspace, or just yours if you are a producer. Click any row to reopen that proposal's deck exactly as it was built. This is where you land by default when you sign in. See The Proposals page for what each row shows and how reopening works.
#New proposal
The intake flow, and the page you will use the most. Pull a recent sales call, find the client in CRM, drop the carrier's quote PDF (and the current policy, if you have one), and build. This is where a quote PDF becomes a deck. See Build a proposal from a carrier quote for the page walked through end to end.
#Vault
Your agency's brain. Five sections: preferred markets by class, the fee schedule that stamps every proposal automatically, coverage standards, preferred vendors, and documents. The owner curates it, everyone consults it. Every proposal you build checks the Vault. See What is the Vault? for the full tour.
#Brand
Your logo, colors, and type. This is what your proposals wear, not the app itself, the app chrome stays neutral. Set your agency's identity here and it flows onto every deck you build from then on. See Your brand on the deck for the editor and what each control does.
#Security
The "Security & trust" page: a tour of the commitments ProClose makes about how it treats your book of business, deterministic parsing, carrier masking, fee stamping, roles and audit trail, plus what is already built versus what is coming with the production release. See The Security page for the full breakdown.
